Subject: Request to Postpone Planning Commission Meeting for Special Management
Area Use Application (SMA 21-000078)

In order to give the public time to review and comment on slight changes to the plans for the
development, we would request the Planning Commission meeting be delayed until.June 2021.
The additional time will allow for follow up on some of the concerns expressed by community
members and resolution of the perceived boundary discrepancy between the subject property and
TMK (3) 7-5-020:003.
