Aloha Jaclyn,
Thank you for forwarding the revised plan set for the 'Hawaii Imperial' SMA 22-000078 condominium project.
As the contestee for this application, I must formally protest continuing the scheduled date for the Commission review
of this application, set for 05/20/21,09:30, and insist that such review be rescheduled at a later date.
The revisions are so extensive, and the potential impacts of the changes so varied,that the public must have the
opportunity to evaluate, and respond to what amounts to an almost entirely new project.
I realize that this may place additional burden upon the applicant, the Planning staff, and the Commission, however, we
as neighbors and the entire surrounding community deserve more than three days to evaluate and respond to a
proposal that will effect us all for the foreseeable future.
Please forward this demand to all appropriate persons within the Planning department and Commission.
