Please support Bill 194! Cell towers are an eyesore and take away from Hawaii’s natural
beauty and decrease land value! There are better, safer, less invasive ways to improve service
to areas.
After the devastating fires on Maui, I hope that we’ve all learned that legislation like this is
so necessary to protect our homes and businesses. Cell towers have caused large, damaging
wild fires in California and other states. Bill 194 contains requirements to prevent fires, and
specifically cell tower-related electrical fires too, which are much harder to contain.
