many cell towers are popping up everywhere and there is cause for serious concerns…without this legistation big
telcom can do whatever they want!
fires are one huge devastating effect as we have seen in california and other states and it is a huge concern for maui
as we have seen!bill 194 has requirements to prevent fires.
