Please support Bill 194! I have a UN-recognized functional impairment called EMS/EHS (electromagnetic
sensitivity/electro-hyper sensitivity) and so do millions of others like me. We have had to move repeatedly at
our own expense due to this ceaseless rollout of technology known to be harmful to all biological life. We
NEED safe spaces to live and thrive, wildlife and plants also need this. The evidence of harm is well
documented, ubiquitous exposures are criminal. We must have legislation to protect our health!!
Other reasons to support this bill.... because regulating cell towers and antennas is necessary to protect us from
their uncontrolled deployment, it reflects what we, the people, want. Without this legislation big telecom
can do whatever they want. After the devastating fires on Maui legislation like this is necessary to protect
our homes and businesses. Cell towers have caused large, damaging wild fires in California and other
states. Bill 194 contains requirements to prevent fires. No one wants a tower in their neighborhood
without their knowledge or consent. Right now they are popping up everywhere. They they reduce
property values and cause health effects. Permit requirements like these are necessary for our safety and
protection.
