Dozens of local jurisdictions have <br />implemented ordinances similar to Bill 194 to regulate the deployment of towers and <br />antennas. It is aligned with all applicable Federal and State laws and offers important <br />updates to the code. <br />As a beekeeper on the Island I can attest to the harmful effects of (particularly 5G) <br />electromagnetic pollution honeybees as well as other native species of insects, birds <br />and bats who are sensitive to and utilize geo-magnetism for navigation, migration and <br />other important life processes. <br />Please consider the health of all living beings and the 'aina which gives us life, and <br />support the regulation of these powerful structures. <br />
