PENSION BOARD OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Notice is hereby given of the following matters to be considered by the Pension Board of the
County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised
Statutes, Section 6-6.4 of the Hawaii County Charter, and the Rules and Regulations of the
Pension Board of the County of Hawaii.
Public Participation: This is an in-person meeting, and Pension Board Members will participate
in person. The primary way to view or testify at this meeting is in-person; however, as a courtesy
to the public, the Board provides an additional option to view or testify remotely at this meeting
via Zoom.
Optional Alternative to View Meeting and/or Provide Remote Oral Testimony: To view the
meeting and/or provide oral testimony via Zoom, email Nicole.Bello@hawaiicounly.gov or call
808-961-8532 to complete the registration process and obtain meeting login information. Please
email or call by 12:00 noon on December 6, 2024. Please note, as this is an in-person meeting,
the meeting will proceed if the Zoom connection fails.
Submitting Written Testimony: To ensure timely delivery to Pension Board Members prior to the
meeting, written testimony should be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on December 6, 2024,
by: (1) email to Nicole.BellO(C77,hawaiicoun ov; (2) facsimilie to 808-961-8912; or (3) mail or
in-person delivery to the Office of the County Clerk, Attn: Pension Board, at 25 Aupuni Street,
Suite 1402, Hilo, Hawai`i, 96720.
