ADJOURNMENT Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted via email at Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov, by mail, or in person to the Police Commission’s office at 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony must be received by 12:00 noon, two business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called or as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes, please plan accordingly. The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
