The Leeward Planning Commission (Commission), at its duly held public hearing on February
29, 2024, voted to grant petitioner, Jana Cook, standing to participate in a contested case hearing
procedure. Pursuant to Planning Commission Rule No. 4-6(i), the hearing was continued to
allow the parties to participate in a mediation conference to be held within thirty (30) days of the
granting of the intervention by the Commission. Planning Department staff will contact you
