Maija,
This email shall serve as notice that I would like to withdraw my Petition for Standing in a Contested Case Hearing filed on
December 14, 2023 for Special Management Area Use Permit Application (PL -SMA -2023-000038). Requested
withdrawal shall be subject to the Applicant submitting an amended Project Description/Site Plan for consideration by the
Commission, and disclosure of with recommendations of Applicant and Planning Department for approval of the
Conditions of Approval, as agreed in the Memorandum of Agreement Sections A. and B. which was fully executed by all
parties on November 15, 2024.
