The Leeward Planning Commission (Commission), at its duly held public hearing on February
29, 2024, voted to grant petitioners, Judith Ruffner and Eric Schindwolf, standing to participate
in a contested case hearing procedure. Pursuant to Planning Commission Rule No. 4-6(i), the
hearing was continued to allow the parties to participate in a mediation conference to be held
within thirty (30) days of the granting of the intervention by the Commission. Planning
Department staff will contact you shortly by email to schedule the mediation conference.
