Hawaii County Goverment,
I have studied the telecommunication ordinance being brought forward, and am asking, to
please give a favorable recommendation to the County Council proposed telecommunications
ordinance, Bill 194, as it is written.
We are finding alignment with a positive process for better planning. Dozens of local
jurisdictions have implemented ordinances similar to Bill 194 to regulate the deployment of
towers and antennas. It is aligned with all Federal and State laws and offers important updates
to the code.
As a concerned woman who believes we have a path to create a more healthy and productive
world we can find this as the steps from good logical intelligent thinking and planning.
