This bill 194 is reasonable and wise for the community. Unregulated communications
construction without oversight is not required even though heavily promoted by industry
lobbyists. This council has the responsibility and the authority to only promote the welfare and
wishes of Hawaii residents. Support reasonable well researched bill 194
