PS...to clarify traffic flow concerns is the other point of contention. The drawing aludes
to entrance/exit of the hotel not being on Alii Dr this then creates a traffic flow issue.
What runs to the west of the property is not designed to be a 2-way street. It is an alley
easement not wide enough to support 2-way traffic & if they allow entrance/exit to be on
south side it encourages traffic flow down that street to an alley easement section to the
west side of property which brings us back to the same concerns as previously
discribed.
I hope this more clarifies the traffic flow concerns. I hope you can add this clarification
to letter when you attend the meeting tomorrow. Please keep me updated on further
developments.
