Subject: Support for BILL 194
I support Council Member Cindy Evans' proposed telecommunications ordinance, Bill
194. The planning committee should consider the benefits of Hawaii county residents
and should not allow Big telecom can do whatever they want. The new technology is
advancing almost every day, but should we accept it open handed?
What are the effects for nature's health? Do we need all the conveniences and
speed? Actually, my life is getting more complicated due to the rapid new
technology. The global warming is too late to reverse since we did not give the
deeper consideration for the advancement of the technology. Please think for the
future generation if they can live with the side effects.
