This is my testimony in support of bill 194 proposed by Cindy Evans. This is what is needed to protect t the
people and Aina of Hawaii. Any new dill proposed by the director has not been done with the safety of the
people and Aina and instead meant to give a free for toxic green light to the telecom industries to do whatever they
want. this is bad for Hawaii. We must pass bill 194 to protect Hawaii.
