I write today to oppose Item #4. I support of Council Member Cindy Evans's proposed telecommunications
ordinance Bill 194.
The new ordinance proposed by the Planning Director (#4) will not protect our community from 5G small cell, and
allows for towers to be stationed in schools and day care centers, paying no heed to health and safety to those under
daily exposure.
This is like when GMO's were first introduced. All concerns were brushed aside with full reassurance of its safety
because glyphosate only acted upon microbes, and since the human body contains none, it would be of no
consequence.
The human body consists of 100 trillion microbial cells and these microbial cells are responsible for 90% of the day
to day metabolic functions in the body. It is these 100 trillion microbial cells that keep the 10 trillion human cells
healthy.
These microbes are sensitive to environmental electromagnetic frequencies and shape shift to become harmful
virulent forms. Please stop the unchecked proliferation of these high frequency microwave towers that decimate and
cause the shape shifting of microbes in soil, and in us.
I support Bill 194.
