APPLICANTS REQUEST
Demolish existing 1,400 square foot single-family dwelling (constructed in 1956).
Construct a new, 2-story 3,825 square foot single-family residence; includes 3
Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, l Half-bathroom, kitchen, living room, interior elevator, pool
and spa, and an ADA compliant accessibility ramp.
Potable water via existing Dept. of Water Supply meter.
Wastewater Existing cesspool will be closed, and a new Advanced Aerobic Wastewater
Treatment Unit will be installed.
