Requesting Approval to:
• Develop a 3-story ioo-room hotel and related improvements to be operated by
Residence Inn by Marriot.
• 91 suites w/kitchenette.
• 9 standard guest rooms.
• Will utilize existing (partially completed) foundation structure located on parcel.
• Additional development includes a dining area, outdoor pool, bar, and the
construction of a 7-foot-wide sidewalk around the project.
• Establish three (3) parking spaces for public shoreline access.
• Underground parking area will accommodate 143 parking stalls.
• Water is provided via an existing 12-inch waterline dedicated by the Dept. of Water
Supply.
• Wastewater will be connected to the existing sewer line on Ali'i Dr.
