For each Objective there are activities listed under each, therefore it is unclear as to which objectives activities they are referring to. Please find below a list of questions, comments, and/or requests from the commission members. Besides providing written and/or 3-minute testimony at the upcoming commission meeting on January 13, 2025, this is your final opportunity to submit additional information to support their decision regarding your 2025 Maintenance Fund Stewardship Grant application. Please indicate how you calculated the in-kind service values listed in Table J. IN KIND SERVICES AND OTHER RESOURCES in your annual progress report covering the period of Jan. 1, 2024—June 30, 2024. • In your detailed budget you request$8,000 for food for volunteers. Please specify how you calculated that expense. • Please expand on your budget details for project activities 2 and 3. • Please explain how the options of 1) signage, 2) official policies regarding access and use of the property, or a 3) management plan developed by the Finance Department could facilitate maintenance activities. • Please explain how the cost of hosting groups to educate about host culture and sustainability (including assisting in maintaining the PONC facility) is in alignment with the county code. It is important that you carefully review the questions and provide detailed and thorough responses to help the commission make an informed decision.
