Aloha County Council,
From reading what the document proposes, General Plan 2045 is a worldwide
concept (and not just for Hawaii), that wants to regroup the land and rewrite maps in
order to rehouse people and remove their rights and freedom.
Plan 2045 uses "Global Warming" or "Climate Change" as a guise to justify reducing
human rights, and to be able the control of land - to have unlimited power in
redistricting land and neighborhoods.
Concerns Include:
• Land Use changing Residential to Recreation DROPS property value!
• Plan could set up MANY opportunities for State to take your land & Rezone!
• Plan could regulate OFF-GRID living!
• Plan will further STRESS electric grid increasing prices
Please vote against the regressive proposals of General Plan 2045
