The meeting can be viewed live online or at the <br />location listed below. <br />DATE:Thursday, February 13, 2025 <br />TIME: 2:00 PM <br />LOCATION: Hilo Planning Department Conference Room <br />101 Pauahi Street, Suite 3, Hilo, HI 96720 <br />INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGY (ICT): <br />Banyan Drive Hawai`i Redevelopment Agency Members will participate in this meeting via the <br />Zoom interactive video conference platform. The public will be able to view and listen to the <br />meeting at: https://www.youtube.com/@cohplanningdepartment/streams. Testimony may be given <br />upon registering via the Zoom link, or at the in-person location provided. Minutes of the Banyan <br />Drive Hawai`i Redevelopment Agency meeting will be summarized and posted on the Planning <br />Department’s website. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires four (4) votes and must comply with <br />HRS § 92-7(d)). <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC – Pursuant to HRS 92-3 interested persons that want to <br />provide oral testimony may do so either at the time the board takes public statements on the agenda <br />or at the time the specific agenda item is called or as otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of the <br />Chair. <br />1 <br /> <br />
