We understand the importance of ensuring accessibility <br /> for all members of the community. <br /> The meeting schedule was developed based on the availability of the <br /> Planning Commissioners and the venue. To date, there have been seven <br /> opportunities for public input, including two evening meetings specifically <br /> designed to accommodate those who are unavailable during working hours. <br /> Of those seven, four meetings were held in Kona for the Leeward Planning <br /> Commission, and three were held in Hilo for the Windward Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> At this time, we are not planning to add additional meetings beyond those <br /> already scheduled.
