Aloha,
I want to thank you so much for giving us a voice to recommend changes. I pray they will be taken
seriously.
We are working on a draft for you with updates like creating an Ag Village instead of changing land
use to "recreation" which will lower property value and is a violation of the Constitutional right to
own property.
Here is the first draft with recommendations I sent before Sept 26th to the Planning Department. None
of these recommendations have been used and they should

Here is the Climate Change Declaration signed by 1960 credentialed scientists stating there is no

founder of the weather channel in the 80's. He explains why there is no climate

The rules and regulations that are based on climate change will further disregard the Constitution and
people's right to live freely and should be removed.
I will have a more detailed document with further recommendations for you shortly.
The current General Plan 2045 will radically change the freedom people on Big Island have to the
detriment of our keiki.
