KAMAKAHONU, HAWAI'I <br /> Greetings Members of the Hawai'i County Council: <br /> To you, Members of the Hawai'i County Council and to all people who will <br /> read and hear this testimony now and for all time to come, <br /> BE IT KNOWN: <br /> On Mother's Day, May 10, 2015 I, Lamaku Lauren Mikahala Roy received <br /> by spiritual conveyance from the Ancestors of'Oiwi at Ahu'ena Heiau, <br /> Kamakahonu which is the attached message here for all descendants of <br /> 'Oiwi and all <br /> of mankind. This message has been submitted to you, Hawai'i County <br /> Council members; the council members of all counties of Hawai'i, the <br /> Governor by the Hawai'i State Legislature on March 3, 2021 and on <br /> additional occasions. <br /> For the strongest reasons that follow, this application of Kona <br /> Three LLC is completely and consistently OPPOSED. <br /> The life of the lands of Hawai'i represented in the first faith of <br /> 'Oiwi of Hawai'i &Pacific that I uphold as Kahunanui and a <br /> Kahu of Ahu'ena Heiau, is NOT BEING REGARDED NOR <br /> RESPECTED AS <br /> MESSAGES FROM AKUA MANAMANALOA, THE DIVINE <br /> CREATOR OF ALL LIFE OF HAWAI'I AND THE EARTH. <br />
