Chairman Highly could not call the meeting to order since there was no quorum — (8)
members present and (9) are needed.
NEXT MEETING
The next meeting will be held in January 2007. Meeting announcement will be sent once
the 2007 schedule is confirmed for both the new County Councilroom and the Kona
Mayor's Office for video - conferencing.
