Subject: General Plan Draft Land Use Designation
Regarding General Plan Draft affecting Tax Map Key (3) 2-1-006-023
We are having difficulty with the General Plan website portal. Attempting to comment but the
site is in a redundant loop.
Please insert into the public comments the following statement:
As owners of the above property we are concerned with the proposed designation of the
property as Recreation on the General Plan. The current GP Draft includes these properties
incorporated into Reeds Park.
While we understand this does not immediately change the Land Use Zone from current V-
0.75, it is the first step to facilitate such a change via an emanate domain process.
We have plans to develop our parcel for residential use and do not want to be compelled to
negotiate appraisals, purchase and develop anther property.
