To All Concerned,
I am adamantly opposed to the proposed general plan for the Big Island. This plan will not serve the people of
Hawaii. It will open up the doors for state government to rezone property if they feel the need to do so.Rezoning
residential properties to recreational property decreases the value of these properties. It will further burden the
already over burdened electrical grid.These are only a few of the disasters that this plan will create.In no way is this
a positive situation for the population of Big Island.I urge you to do what's right for the people and veto this"Plan".
