I wish to submit this letter of opinion for these meetings
pertaining to:
Item 4, Articles 1,2,4,5,7
Zoning as it relates to churches in single family
neighborhoods.
My opinion as a homeowner and whose property line is totally
impacted by its 100% line up with the church lines...is I want a
public hearing before a permit to build would be enacted.
I am a fully supportive citizen of the decisions that the Planning
Commission makes in protecting home owners with such things
as ocean views, building heights , what is allowed in agriculture
property etc.

exactly with the Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity, Macai on
Lako St. There currently has been 5 months of excavation on the
adjoining lot.
