Training Overview
1. Open the COH Planning Department’s Field Book Records.
2. Using the Parcel Number, first select the correct Zone Number.
Parcel Number Format: I-Z-S-PPP-ppp-CCCC
I - Island Number (one digit) Not used in Field Book Records
Z - Zone Number (one digit)
S - Section Number (one digit)
PPP - Plat Number (three digits)
ppp - Parcel Number (three digits)
CCCC - CPR or Condominium Number (four digits)
