My opinion as a homeowner and whose property line is totally impacted by its 100% line up with the church lines...is I want a public hearing before a permit to build would be enacted. I am a fully supportive citizen of the decisions that the Planning Commission makes in protecting home owners with such things as ocean views, building heights , what is allowed in agriculture property etc. Kathryn Barrington,( wife of Michael Urabeck) owner of 77-6346 Halawai Place, Kailua Kona Hawaii 96740.
