Hi Christian,
Sorry for the delayed response. After meeting with OHCD, we feel good about the potential
for creating an affordable housing agreement for the proposed development. That being said,
we'd like to request relief from the fair share requirements under condition L of the draft
conditions if we can successfully enter into an affordable housing agreement with OHCD.
