I am an owner of Kona Isle Complex. My #1 concern is specifically in relation to the proposed access to the shoreline. If that is one criteria then I would ask that the access point goes on the north side of the property. As you are aware we already have a public access point between the Kona Isle Complex and Kona by the sea. That last thing we need is another access point directly beside us one the north side. We already have major problems with constant trespassers& parking violators, especially the locals, it's basically up yours attitude when dealing with some of those who believe they can park wherever they want.
