The County of Hawaiʻi Board of Appeals took up the petition for JOAQUIN BELISARIO (PL-BOA-2024-000101) at 9:34 a.m. This was a hybrid meeting held in person at the Hawaiʻi
County Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaiʻi 96720 and via the Zoom online platform. The meeting was called to order with Chair Cathy Lewis presiding.
MEMBERS PRESENT IN PERSON: Cathy Lewis (Chair) and Scott Trefethen.
MEMBERS PRESENT ON ZOOM: Stacey Aguiar, Scott Martin, and Lisa McNamarra.
MEMBERS EXCUSED: Rachel Able and Daina “Noe” Saiki (Vice Chair).

LEWIS: Now we’ll move onto old business, but all the items on the old business agenda have been moved both Belisario PL-BOA-2024-000101, has been moved to and continued to February 14th in Kona.
