To the Leeward Planning Commission:
I urge you to reject the Application for Special Management Area Use Permit to construct a
four(4) story, thirtyfour(34) unit condominium building with a pool and related
improvements on a 1.195-acre shoreline parcel within the Special Management Area. The
subject property is located on the makai side of Ali`i Drive, approximately 0.75 miles south of
Lunapule Road, Puapua`a 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 7-5-020:021.
I live at 75-6081 Ali'i Drive.
