Aloha,
I am writing to voice opposition on this project. Unless this project is going to be affordable
housing for locals who live and work full time here this project doesn't need to be approved.
Alii Drive doesn't need any more buildings over working our already over loaded public
utilities and roads. Prioritize housing for locals who live here and in a price range they can
afford.

Application for Special Management Area Use Permit to construct a four(4) story, thirtyfour
(34)unit condominium building with a pool and related improvements on a 1.195-acre
shoreline parcel within the Special Management Area. The subject property is located
on the makai side of Ali`i Drive, approximately 0.75 miles south of Lunapule Road, Puapua`a
2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 7-5-020:021.
