APPLICATION FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE PERMIT
Pursuant to Rule 3-2-D-5, of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the County of Hawai’i, application is hereby made for an Outside Storage Permit as follows:

Your application for an Outside Storage Permit was approved by the Liquor Commission on
__________________________________________ and is issued subject to the following:
1.The licensee shall keep within the warehouse, records of all liquors received and removed from the
premises.
2.The sale of liquor shall not be conducted from the warehouse. Liquors removed from the warehouse
shall be delivered directly to the licensed premises of the licensee.
3.Warehouses shall be located within an appropriately zoned area or as otherwise approved by the
Liquor Commission.
4.The term of this permit shall be valid for the term of the current holder of the license or lease,
provided that this permit is not transferable.
