APPLICATION FOR TRADE SHOW PERMIT
Pursuant to Rule 3-2-D-9 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the County
of Hawai'i, application is hereby made for a Trade Show Permit to receive liquor from within or
outside the State of Hawai'i, as shown on the list attached hereto which indicates the value of the liquors, and to display and conduct samplings at a trade exhibition. Trade shows which also
serve as a fundraiser for a nonprofit entity may require a special license. Please contact the
department with details of the fundraiser.

Your application for a Trade Show Permit is approved and effective only on the date listed herein and
subject to the following conditions.
1.Samplings shall be on a not for sale basis to guests 21 years and older.
2. The legal hours for this permit are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.3.The holder of the permit shall be held responsible to ensure compliance to the liquor
laws.
4.Within 30 days after the exhibition, the permittee shall submit documentation to theDepartment of the disposition of the unused liquors, provided that such liquors shall not
be sold or given to liquor licensees for resale.
