Hawaiʻi Community Development Authority (HCDA) Update on the Waiākea Peninsula: HCDA Executive Director Craig Nakamoto to provide an update on HCDA’s plans and scope of work for the Waiākea Peninsula. 4. DLNR Chair Dawn Chang Update on the Waiākea Peninsula: DLNR Chair Dawn Chang has been invited to provide an update on DLNR initiatives concerning the Waiākea Peninsula. 5. Councilmember Dennis “Fresh” Onishi Update on the Waiākea Peninsula: Councilmember Onishi has been invited to provide an update on Hawai`i County Council initiatives concerning the Waiākea Peninsula. 6. Grand Naniloa Hotel General Manager Update: Grand Naniloa Hotel General Manager Niklas Dahm to provide an update related to the Grand Naniloa Hotel. 7.
