PL-SPP-2025-000089) <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS <br /> The Planning Director agrees with the applicant's request to amend Condition 7, allowing the <br /> Fire Department to determine whether on-site water storage is necessary based on the project's <br /> proximity to the nearest fire hydrant. This condition language will be included in this permit <br /> (Note: deletions are bracketed and struck through and new addition as underscored): <br /> 7. The Applicant shall install, construct, and maintain improvements for Fire <br /> Department Access Road (FDAR) access to the permit area and fire suppression <br /> improvements, including but not limited to on-site water storage,[as] if required <br /> by the Fire Department. Upon successful completion of the improvements and <br /> prior to the commencement of the proposed use, the Applicant shall provide the <br /> Planning Department documentation from the Fire Department that the <br /> improvements meet Fire Code standards. <br /> As the applicant proposes to utilize the existing, unpermitted dwelling to temporarily store <br /> construction equipment and materials, the applicant will need to secure proper permitting from <br /> the Department of Public Works, Building Division prior to such a use. To memorialize this <br /> requirement, the Planning Director recommends revising Condition 4 as follows (Note: deletions <br /> are bracketed and struck through and new addition as underscored): <br /> 4. Prior to the use of the unpermitted dwelling for construction storage or occupancy <br /> of the church structure[ fef the rfopesed use], the Applicant shall secure and <br /> finalize all required [building] permits from the Department of Public Works, <br /> Building Division. <br /> -1- <br />
