Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the County of Hawai`i's Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, the Hawaii County Code Section 2-215, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (amended May 2023). Public Participation: This is an in-person meeting, and the Commissioners will participate in person. Members of the public wishing to participate may either attend in person, giving oral or written testimony, or may submit written testimony prior to the meeting's commencement. To ensure timely delivery of your testimony to the Commissioners prior to the meeting, please submit written testimony no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the meeting, by (1) email to i Hawaii 96prmI.ry , (2) by mail to PONC Commission at 25 Aupuni Suite 1101r, Hilo,i,(,_2 u c Street, Sua�ir�i� d .N. 720, or (3) by fax to (808) 961-8248 attention PONC testimony.
