The NRCS funds are secured via a HILT contract with NRCS for their full portion (pending CE appraisal). B. No. Given the sweeping effects of DOGE, there have been concerns, however the NRCS grant programs continue to operate and seems to be more at a stasis now. Their application rounds continue to move forward unaffected. I likely won't be able to be physically present for the 7/14 meeting, but will try to join virtually and our project partners will try to attend. Mahalo!
