Detailed descriptions of recent projects are as follows: • Hazardous Materials Survey and Abatement Air Monitoring – Hawaii Community College Campuswide Repairs Conducted hazardous materials surveys for asbestos-containing materials, lead painted surfaces, arsenic-containing building materials, mercury-containing building materials and PCB-containing materials prior to the various renovation projects occurring at various classroom buildings and office buildings throughout the Hawaii Community College campus. Developed hazardous materials abatement plans for the renovation project. Abatement air monitoring was conducted during hazardous materials disturbance per the Hawaii Department of Health requirements. • Mold Surveys and Remediation, Hazardous Materials Surveys, Soil Surveys and Remediation, Abatement Design and Abatement Air Monitoring for Various Renovation and Demolition Projects – State of Hawaii Department of Education Conducted mold surveys and remediation, soil surveys and remediation, hazardous materials surveys and abatement activities for various renovation projects at the Hawaii DOE public schools throughout Hawaii island and the State.
