Communication No. 25-02, from Deputy Corporation Dakota "Cody" Frenz,
submitting for information the "Supplemental Agreement, BU13, Compensation for
Engineering Classes of Work."
Communication No. 25-03, from Councilmember Jenn Kagiwada, District 2,
transmitting a letter dated August 21, 2025, requesting consideration for pay increases
for the Directors of the Departments of Public Works (DPW) and Environmental
Management (DEM).

discussion and consideration of ideas for adjustments to future salaries of executives

packet provided to members of this commission for this meeting is available for public

If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of
becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code]. A lobbyist
means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five
hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to
influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to
communicate with public officials." [Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (a)(6), Hawai`i County
