Public Participation: This is an in-person meeting, and the Commissioners will participate in person. Members of the public wishing to participate may either attend in person, giving oral or written testimony, or may submit written testimony prior to the meeting's commencement. To ensure timely delivery of your testimony to the Commissioners prior to the meeting, please submit written testimony no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the meeting, by (1) email to Pon ctesti mony@hawaiicou nty.gov, (2) by mail to PONC Commission at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, or(3) by fax to (808) 961-8248 attention PONC testimony. Testimony may also be provided either in writing or orally at the in-person meeting. All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be made part of the permanent record. Please submit separate written testimony for each agenda item.
