Subject: Ninole Property
Aloha Dustin & Eszti;
We were surprised to hear about the work life changes you have recently
experienced and the subsequent life changes you are making as a result
of it. We wish you the very best for what the future holds.
For the past 3 years we have heard from both of you regarding your
interest in establishing a permanent residence on the Ninole property.
We understand now that this is not likely to come to fruition in the
near future.
We have also learned about your interest in developing commercial
agriculture on the Ninole property. There appears to be multiple
challenges and constraints associated with using this particular piece
of property for a commercial agriculture. It is possible a different
piece of land on the island would be better suited for this.
For us living in Ninole is a permanent plan except as any future health
issues may preclude. Therefore, we are interested in purchasing your
property in Ninole. We wonder if you are interested in exploring this
with us.
Please let us know in the next day or so whether you are interested in
selling the property.
We wish you the very best with your upcoming move (our move to Hawaii
remains fresh in our minds) . We also wish you the very best with your
new job at Apple.
