APPLICANTS REQUEST
• Establish residential and commercial agriculture
• Development includes:
• Construction of a 2-story 5,000 square foot (sf) single family dwelling.
• Construction of a split-level 3,12osf Ag Building that includes
equipment storage, produce cleaning, and 2nd floor office and restroom.
• Establish 5,000sf of Kalo cultivation, w/fencing.
• Establish a Cacao orchard (approx. 130 trees.
• Utilize established apiary (5 honeybee hives.
• Removal of existing storage and shed structures.
• Previously permitted IWS will require amendments or upgrades to be approved
by DOH.
• Potable water will be provided by DWS for residence only, Ag building will
require separate private water system.
