the above-referenced application until further notice to allow you time to address the concerns
raised in the public testimony that has been received. Based on your request, this application
which was scheduled to be heard by the Leeward Planning Commission at 9:30 a.m. on
Thursday, September 18, 2025, is deferred. Please notify the Planning Department when you are
ready to proceed with the application.
Pursuant to Planning Commission Rule 9-11(d) you will be required to submit the $250.00
processing fee for a continued hearing and are required to serve notice to surrounding property
owners of the future hearing date when notified by the Planning Department.
