PUBLIC NOTICE AMENDMENT TO THE 2022 ACTION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM In accordance with the County of Hawaiʻi’s approved Citizen Participation Plan, a non-
substantial amendment to the County’s Action Plan requires a quarterly publication to notify citizens of any amendments made to its Annual Action Plans. The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has processed the following non-substantial amendment for its CDBG program during the period July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025: 2022 ACTION PLAN Transferred $2,964.93 of remaining 2022 CDBG funds from the 2022 Mental Health Kokua Kona Residential Housing Renovations project to the 2022 Mental Health Kokua Hilo Residential Complex Housing Renovations project for unforeseen consultant expenses.
