facilitation services that create measurable impact in leadership development,
organizational performance, and workforce transformation. Over the past three years, our
team has designed and facilitated programs resulting in more than 250 leadership
development cohorts, over 100 custom training modules, and multiple group coaching
engagements supporting leaders and teams across sectors including healthcare,
government, transportation, and technology.
Our experience includes partnering with Delta Air Lines on an enterprise-wide change
management initiative that supported over 20,000 employees, delivering leadership
coaching, facilitating team-based training, and integrating communication strategies to build
alignment and improve readiness for change. We have also supported clients such as the
City of Atlanta and Equifax in modernizing talent systems, providing customized coaching
engagements for senior leaders, and facilitating retreats and workshops that align workforce

In the public sector, we have worked with municipal and regional agencies to design
coaching and training programs that build leadership pipelines, improve performance
management practices, and increase employee engagement. Our programs often combine
individual coaching, cohort-based training, and facilitated group learning to deliver holistic

large nonprofit coalition, resulting in stronger manager engagement scores and increased
retention of high-potential staff.
Our past performance demonstrates our commitment to measurable results. Across
engagements, clients have reported improvements in leadership capability, employee trust
in organizational direction, and operational effectiveness. We employ rigorous evaluation
and feedback processes—including pre- and post-program assessments, participant
surveys, and stakeholder debriefs—to ensure our programs deliver tangible outcomes and

APPROACH & METHODOLOGY
www.nextgenpeople.com
At Nextgen People, we recognize that building strong leaders and effective teams
requires a holistic, multi-modal approach. Our Education Services offering under RD.10
integrates coaching, training, and facilitation to ensure individuals and teams gain not
only new skills, but also the confidence and insight needed to drive lasting
organizational change.
Coaching
We provide individualized and group coaching using certified,
experienced coaches who specialize in leadership
development, communication skills, strategic thinking, and
managing change. Our coaching engagements typically begin
with assessments (such as Hogan, CliftonStrengths, or
Leadership Circle 360) to establish a clear development
baseline, followed by regular sessions focused on goal
achievement, skill application, and reflection. We tailor
coaching to the unique needs of each leader or team, ensuring
a supportive and challenging environment that fosters growth.
Training
Our training programs are designed to build practical skills in
areas such as conflict resolution, leading through change,
communication and feedback, and emotional intelligence. We
deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, using interactive
and experiential methods that engage participants and promote
application in real-world contexts. Training modules can be
customized to address department-specific needs or workforce
challenges and often complement individual coaching
engagements by reinforcing shared frameworks and practices.

APPROACH & METHODOLOGY
www.nextgenpeople.com
This integrated approach is grounded in adult learning theory, prioritizes respect for local
culture and community needs, and aligns with best practices in leadership development
and organizational effectiveness.
Facilitation
We offer professional facilitation services for team retreats,
strategic planning sessions, and leadership offsites. Our
facilitators bring expertise in guiding groups through complex
discussions, helping teams align around priorities, clarify roles,
and improve interpersonal dynamics. Facilitation engagements
often include pre-work such as stakeholder interviews and
team diagnostics to ensure sessions are grounded in current
realities and deliver actionable outcomes.
Integrated Delivery
Our methodology seamlessly connects coaching, training, and
facilitation into a cohesive development journey. Participants
move from gaining individual insight through coaching, to
building collective skill and alignment through training, to
applying those learnings in facilitated group settings. We utilize

Training Approach
Our approach is grounded in delivering a high-impact, results-driven learning
experience using the Kirkpatrick Model, the most widely recognized
methodology for evaluating training effectiveness and ROI. We apply all four
levels—Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results—to ensure that participants
not only enjoy the workshops but also retain knowledge, apply new behaviors
in their work, and deliver measurable outcomes for their agencies.
All of our workshops are designed as experiential and interactive,
incorporating active learning principles through:
Live polling and real-time feedback tools
Breakout discussions and peer collaboration
Scenario-based learning and skill simulations
Instructor-led storytelling and case analysis
Participant-generated action plans for real-world
application
To ensure uninterrupted service delivery, we maintain a vetted bench of
certified facilitators who are trained on our content and virtual delivery
standards. This allows us to rapidly scale delivery as needed and
provide immediate coverage in case of instructor emergencies or
scheduling changes.
This plan ensures consistent quality, flexibility, and accountability, with
measurable ROI throughout.26 of 81

Training Metrics
Measuring the effectiveness of training is essential to ensure that learning translates into
real-world behavior change and organizational impact. Effective measurement goes
beyond participation rates to assess how well the training aligns with learning objectives,
improves on-the-job performance, and supports agency-wide goals. By evaluating
outcomes, we not only demonstrate ROI but also identify opportunities to refine content,
increase engagement, and ensure sustainable development.
Standard Metrics:
•Course completion rates
•Assessment scores (quizzes, tests, etc.)
•Learner satisfaction survey
•Training matrix report (progress across multiple courses)
•Enrollment and completion status indicators
Other Best-practice metrics include :
•Participant satisfaction (post-training surveys and qualitative
feedback)
•Knowledge retention (pre- and post-assessments)
•Behavioral applications (manager observations or self-
reported behavior changes over time)
•Organizational impact (performance indicators tied to training
goals, such as reduced conflict, improved communication, or
increased productivity)
•Follow-up engagement (growth plan completion rates,
coaching participation, or peer accountability sessions)
